Yep...we have really fixed it this time. If you're here stuff probably isn't showing up for you (and my clock says it's 10:35 PM on Thursday).
We're aware of the issue and hopefully all will be fixed by lunchtime Friday (we're in the central time zone and get hungry early).
Thanks for your paitence.
MyCoachOnline is a very complex site and while we would like to think it's perfect, we're sure there are things that don't work as easily as they should. If you find one, please let us know about it!! Getting QuickTime functioning properly is worth the trouble...I promise! Below are some issues and fixes:
Can't view the video.
Make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime installed, the video won't play without QuickTime. The free version works fine for most people.
Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX (windows users only).
Check the QuickTime troubleshooting page. Here's another troubleshooting option.
Is the problem at MyCoachOnline or with your computer?
Try viewing a movie trailer at the apple website, if these work and our videos don't...the problem is probably ours, please let us know.
Windows firewall configuration.
Your machine could be set up to block video files so check some security settings, this page sounds complicated, but any 14 year old can do it :)
QuickTime Support Discussions
If you still can't see any video, the problem my be with your video card or sound card settings and we suggest that you ask your question at the QuickTime support discussion boards. You can register and when you come back, you can easily go to your questions and see if a geek that hangs out there has answered it....people there know their stuff and love to show off. Here's the link.
Useful Solutions
I spend time at the support discussion boards listed above, and when I see something I need to remember, I copy and paste it here to hopefully make things easier.
