Getting your order to you quickly is important to us. If your order is placed by 3:30 PM Central Time it will usually go out the same day it's ordered via UPS. If your address is a PO Box or APO address we use US Mail.

When your order is packaged and labeled, you'll receive an email that has the shipping information on it. You can also login to your MyCoachOnline account and view the status of your order.

If you're ordering a video site license, your access to our video library will be available immediately after your credit card is processed.

We accept Visa and Master Card for payments online. If you need to use a check or purchase order, call or email and we'll make that happen.

Non-US Orders make us happy too! Memberships for non-US orders will be available immediately after your credit card is processed. If you need something shipped, the order process will stop you after you enter a non-US shipping address and we'll be alerted. We'll calculate your shipping cost and send you an email with the amount of shipping. If you're good with the shipping cost you'll be able to complete your order online.
